What We Teach
18 months - 3 years of age
Introducing the water to younger children in a fun and exciting atmosphere is the most important component to ensuring a healthy and everlasting love for swimming.The skills introduced in this age group include water comfort-ability and confidence, safely entering and exiting a pool, moving around the pool using the walls edge, independent back floating, short distance underwater swimming, and independent swimming on the surface. Each swimmer will experience a personalized lesson plan designed to maximize the swimmers personal success.

3-6 years of age
Whether a student is afraid of the water and requires proper instruction to overcome his/her fear or the student is a "deep-sea-diver" who would benefit from stroke refinement, Lessons will focus on the student's current swimming ability and sustain further progress. The skills that will be presented to this age group are continuous forward and backward movement, back floats, front floats, glides, backstroke, elementary backstroke, treading water, underwater breath control, and freestyle with side breathing.(Other skills may be introduced depending upon the child's swimming ability) Each swimmer will experience a personalized lesson plan designed to maximize the swimmer's personal success.

6-12 years of age
Beginning with the basics of floating and gearing up toward lap swimming, The student will be assessed based upon his/her current ability and pushed to succeed beyond what he/she can currently do. By combining enjoyable activities and purposeful swim drills the swimmer will learn how to use various pieces of swim equipment and enhance their current skill set. Some of the skills that will be introduced, enhanced or perfected will be, front glides, back glides, streamline underwater, Freestyle with rhythmic breathing, back stroke, elementary back stroke, shallow water dives, breast stroke, butterfly, treading water, and other skills that may pertain to the child’s particular skill level. Each swimmer will experience a personalized lesson plan designed to maximize the swimmer's personal success. With a unique pattern of teaching, lessons will enhance the swimmer's ability to find comfort in the water, improve upon skill techniques, or simply further emphasize swimming as a regular fitness routine for healthy living.

Pre-Teen/Teen
Lessons cater to the student's social and physical development to promote personal accountability for his/her individual success. Our personalized lessons promote student guided learning and enhance their interest to perform at a higher level. By combining challenging swim drills with irresistibly enjoyable activities, Swimmer's will experience a lesson from an instructor whom is dedicated to creating a well-rounded swimmer. Your swimmer will certainly experience a personalized lesson plan designed to maximize his/her personal success. With a unique pattern of teaching, lessons will enhance the swimmer's ability to find comfort in the water, improve upon skill techniques, or simply further emphasize swimming as a regular fitness routine for healthy living.

Adult
[Adult-Beginner]- We will begin by focusing on the personal strength of the new swimmer to overcome his/her embedded fear. We will take delicate steps toward conquering that fear and work to create a swimmer with sincere confidence in the water.
[Adult-Intermediate]- By assessing one's current ability, We begin to further the swimmer's understanding of the water itself and build upon the skill techniques that allow the swimmer to engage in prolonged physical activity in the water.
[Adult Triathlon Training]- By creating a simulated environment, We progress to create comfort-ability within the swimmer by enhancing speed, strength, and confidence. Each swimmer (regardless of skill level) will experience a personalized lesson plan designed to maximize the swimmer's personal success. With a unique pattern of teaching, lessons will enhance the swimmer's ability to find comfort in the water, improve upon skill techniques, or simply further emphasize swimming as a regular fitness routine for healthy living.
